<h2>Property-xRM - Application License Terms</h2>

    <p>These license terms are an agreement between Metadata Technologies FZ-LLC and you. Please read them.</p>
    <p><b>By using this Application, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Application.</b></p>
    <p><b>If you comply with these license terms, you have the below rights.<b></p>
    <p>
        <b>1. INSTALLATION AND USE RIGHTS.</b>
        <ul class="list">
            <li>You may use the application only to demonstrate and internally evaluate it.</li>
            <li>You may not use the application in a live operating environment unless Metadata Technologies FZ-LLC permits you to do so under another agreement.</li>
        </ul>
    </p>
    <p><b>2. TIME-SENSITIVE SOFTWARE.</b> The application run time is only three days from the date of installation. After three days, the application will stop running. You will not receive further notice. You will not be able to access any data used during the trial period when the applications stops running.</p>
    <p>
        <b>3. SCOPE OF LICENSE.</b>  The Application is licensed, not sold. This agreement only gives you some rights to use the Application. Metadata Technologies FZ-LLC reserves all other rights. Unless applicable law gives you more rights despite this limitation, you may use this Application only as expressly permitted in this agreement. In doing so, you must comply with any technical limitations in the Application that only allow you to use it in certain ways. You may not

            <li>disclose the results of any benchmark tests of this Application to any third party without Metadata Technologies FZ-LLC prior written approval;</li>
            <li>work around any technical limitations in the application;</li>
            <li>reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the application;</li>
            <li>publish the application for others to copy;</li>
            <li>rent, lease or lend the application;</li>
            <li>transfer the application or this agreement to any third party;</li>
        </ul>
    </p>
    <p><b>4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY. </b>THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.</p>
