The Terms of Use set out the agreement that governs how you may use the services offered by Empericus.  When you begin using the service, you will create a unique user account and you will be responsible for all use of that account.  The service will help gather, store, and analyze data about you.  The services provided by Empericus do not represent medical advice.  You are responsible for all action you take based upon the information presented.

Any analysis will be made available to you and/or the sponsor paying your subscription fee in accordance with any agreement that may be in place.  You will only be able to use our services while a monthly subscription fee is paid.  You can only use the services for the stated purpose and any misuse can result in Empericus ending your ability to use the services.

Short Summary of Privacy Policy

Empericus’s Privacy Policy describes how we will maintain the privacy of all of your information placed into our systems and used through the services.  You understand that Empericus will collect, store, and utilize both personal and non-personal information about you.  We will use all of this information to provide the services to you.  Use of your information will be consistent with the Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use.

Empericus will not share your information with third parties, except as authorized by you.  If your subscription is paid for by a sponsor, then you acknowledge that you will be obligated to permit sharing with that sponsor in accordance with any agreement that may be in place.

Empericus employs industry standard security measures to protect information stored in our systems.  We will also comply with laws concerning proten of user information, to the extent a law is applicable to our services.
