Use of I these products are subject to the terms and conditions specified in the applicable signed agreement between Interica and Customer, or, if none, to the appropriate then current Interica standard agreement for products and services. These agreements,
copies of which shall be made available on request, are:
-Software – Interica’s License Agreement for the applicable software product.
-Support and Software Maintenance Services – Interica’s Standard Support Agreement
