Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service", "TOS") before using PleoData Resource Management System ("Service"), a Software-as-a-Service application operated by PleoData Pte Ltd ("PleoData" "us", "we" or "our"). Customer ("you", "your", "Customer") access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these terms. These Terms apply to all users who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any parts of the terms may not access the Service.
All copyrights, trade mark, design rights, patents and other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) in the Service, belong to PleoData. We reserve all the rights in the Service. Nothing in the Terms grants you a right or license to use any trade mark, design right or copyright owned or controlled by PleoData except as expressly provided in the Terms.
You will not copy, translate, reverse-engineer or modify any aspect of the Service or the Software other than in accordance with the express terms of this TOS.
PleoData warrants that the Service will function substantially in accordance with its published specifications but Customer acknowledges that it may have minor or inherent defects. As PleoData sole responsibility and Customer’s sole remedy in the event of a breach of this warranty, we will provide reasonable programming and remedial services to correct documented code errors caused by a defect in the Service. Customer acknowledges that PleoData accepts no liability, and is not in any way responsible for, any interference in Customer’s access to the Service caused by these defects.
PleoData will not be liable for a breach of the warranty to the extent of any non-conformance which is caused by use of the Service contrary to the Documentation and any other PleoData instructions, or modification or alteration of the Service by any party other than PleoData or PleoData’s duly authorised contractors or agents.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
This TOS will be governed by the laws of Singapore, and the parties agree to access the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore court.
