You are responsible for identifying and authenticating all Users, for approving access by such Users to the Services, for controlling against unauthorized access by Users, and for maintaining the confidentiality of usernames, passwords and account information. You are responsible for all activities that occur under Your and Yours Users’ usernames, passwords or accounts or as a result of Your or Your Users’ access to the Services, and agree to notify Ferranti immediately of any unauthorized use. You must make every reasonable effort to prevent unauthorized Third Parties from accessing the Services. >/p>

You may not
- use the Services in any way that harms Ferranti or its Affiliates, resellers, distributors and/or vendors,…
- engage in, facilitate, or further unlawful conduct or violate applicable laws;
- damage, disable, overburden or impair the Services (or the networks connected to the Services) or interfere with anyones use of the Services;
- use any portion of the Services as a destination linked from any unsolicited bulk messages or unsolicited commercial messages (spam;
- use any unauthorized means to modify or reroute, or attempt to modify or reroute, the Services or work around any of the technical limitations in the Services;
- create Internet links to the Services or frame or mirror any content of the Services to give the impression that You are offering all of the functionality of the Services as its service located on its own servers;

Limits on the Services. Ferranti may establish limits on the Services. For example, it may limit the number of days the Services will retain any content that Ferranti, You or its Users provide, the maximum storage space on Ferranti’s servers available to You, the number of Calls and/or Users, how long Ferranti retains an inactive Service account, and the number of asynchronous transactions that can be executed with an organization.
