What information do we gather?
Information on XAPTs website is gathered in two ways: (1) indirectly (for example, through our site's technology), and (2) directly (for example, when you provide information on various pages of xapt.com).  Please be aware that while xapt.com is our primary web site, we have related web sites (i.e. www.xapt-dealer.com, etc..) that we use throughout the world to support our business and the gathering and collecting of information as described herein is undertaken through these web sites as well.

When you visit a XAPT site, our software automatically collects some information from your computer. The information includes the unique Internet address assigned to your computer and your Internet service provider.   We collect information directly from you in a number of ways, some of which we describe in this Privacy Statement. 
We also collect information when you voluntarily submit it to us. Throughout our site, we provide opportunities to register for an event or conference order a white paper, participate in an online survey and other like opportunities. When we collect this type of information, we will notify you as to why we are asking for information and how this information will be used. It is completely up to you whether or not you want to provide it.
Similarly, if you contact us through our site to inquire about employment opportunities with XAPT, we may collect and store the information you provide for recruiting purposes.
