ARTICLE 2 - SERVICES: ASTON ITF provides the Customer with the iTClients® Hosted Solution (hereinafter "the Solution") via an online platform ("the Platform") that manages customer account transactions. Subject to strictly preserving its confidential and anonymous nature, the Customer authorizes ASTON ITF to use and exploit data submitted for processing, including statistical, analytical or study purposes. ARTICLE 4-CONDITIONS OF ACCESS AND USE ASTON ITF grants the Customer a right of access to the Solution and the right of non-exclusive use for the duration of this contract, based on the number of users as agreed in the Special Conditions. ASTON ITF and guarantees the Customer a personal and secure access to the platform by assigning an ID and a user password, strictly confidential, unique and personal. The Customer remains responsible for the use of assigned codes and identifiers and refrains from communicating them or distributing them to third parties. Each code and identifier authorizes only one access and the Client prohibits any simultaneous connection from the same code or identifier. The Customer will inform as soon as possible and by any means ASTON ITF in case of loss or theft of his password. The rights of access and use of the Solution and the Platform do not extend to the tooling systems, modules, software and hardware as well as source codes, base platforms and database manager.
