The User undertakes to make diligent use of these, and of the services accesible from these Web Sites, abiding to the Law, good habits, present General Terms and, in each specific case, to its particular conditions.
Any use different to the purpose of these Web Sites is expressly prohibited.
On that sense, the User will renounce to use any of the materials and information content on these Web Sites with illicit purpose and the expresely prohibited in these General Terms of Use, as well as in the particular conditions that, when applicable, shall be enabled.
Shall respond to Last Mile Team S.L., its members and/or third parties in case or contravention or failure to comply with these obligations, and/or in any way (including the injection or diffusion of “computer viruses”), damage, render inoperative, overload or prevent the normal use of the contents and information included in the Web Sites, the information systems or the documents, archives and any content stored on any computer equipment of Last Mile Team S.L. or any other user of the Web Sites.
In particular, merely as informative, non-exhaustive, the Users commit to not capture data or content for advertising purposes, as well as to not incorporate, transmit or disseminate through these Web Sites – including its Blogs and potential comments accesible on them – messages, images, photographs, software, data or content that:
in any way contravene or threaten the fundamental rights recognized by the legal framework;
induce, incite or promote criminal, derogatory, defamatory, discriminatory, infamous, violent, gender, race, relifion or ideology discriminatory, activities, or, being in general, against the law, morale or public order;
be false, ambiguous, inexact, obscene or extemporaneous;
are protected by any intellectual or industrial property rights belonging to third parties, except with prior and sufficient authorization by its legitimate rightholder:
infringe on the right to honor, personal intimacy, image of third parties or infringe on communications secrecy or confidentiality rights:
be misleading or deceptive advertising;
contain computer viruses, Trojan horses or any other material or software capable of damaging or altering computer equipment and IT systems functioning.
Users of these Web Sites are not authorized to decompile or apply reverse engineering to try to discover content and software source code contained in the Web Sites.

Last Mile Team S.L. is a company committed to its context and society. To favour the integration of those groups with a physical or cognitive disability degree, has developed the Web Sites following Accesibility Directives to its AA level, following the criteria indicated in the standard UNE 139803:2004.

Blogs and Social Network
Public blogs and social networks, and the characteristics they offer are usually targeted to public, not private communications. Be aware that every time you make known personal information on line, through a social network, chat or blog, that information may be collected and used by third parties

We reserve the right to review, publish or remove, potential User comments in Last Mile Team S.L. blogs linked to the Web Sites that do not meet the standards mentioned in this Legal Terms, infringe on, or are susceptible to infringe on third party rights, at our sole discretion and without prior communication, while under no obligation to do so or to control or moderate any public forum.
We shall not be responsible for User comments. Potential User comments are in any case subject to our Privacy Policy. Last Mile Team S.L. shall be responsible only for those opinions and comments made by its team, declining any data or commets offered by third parties in their posts, as could be interviews, event-specific data, prices or third party opinions implicitly exposed.

Any content diffusion without mentioning the source, and any link to the home page of any of the Web SItes is prohibited, as set forth in our Intellectual and Industrial Property Policy.
Social Networks
Social networks are part of our communication policy, being applicable the terms set forth in the legal conditions of the Web Sites owned by Last Mile Team S.L.. We make refence in this point to our Privacy Policy, our Intellectual and Industrial Property Policy, and the Terms & Conditions that regulate the use of every one of these social networks, to which you abide in case you decide to participate in them.
Last Mile Team S.L. is totally foreign to the operation of these social networks and does not have any type of relationships with their owners, being these merely an instrument or channel for communication where, as regards to the personal information that could be gathered from there, will be subject to our Privacy Policy.
Private area access
The Web SItes have an area and services that require previous registration to access. To access and use the limited access areas, invited Users will receive a user name and password, in alphanumeric format, that provide an administrator profile access, that will enable the User to create other Users linked with this profile.
This User will necessarily have to change the password for another freely determined, following his own data protection policy.
Will also be able to access with his Microsoft account user and password after Last Mile Team S.L. register that data in the Services.
From that moment, the invited User will be able to access his panel and use the Service in Trial mode, always in conformance with these Legal Terms, as well as those particular that might exist between parties.
Access will be temporary, limited to the trial period offered to access the Service.
Those Users with the condition of Clients of Last Mile Team S.L. will either receive a user name and password, or registered with their Microsoft account as User of the Services to access their control panel, proceeding on the same manner described in the preceding paragraphs for invited Users.
Access to this control panel will be limited and regulated by the present Legal Terms, as well as the particular conditions established in a bilateral contract, in all its temporal and content extension. All registered Users will be responsible at all times for the custody of their access password, assuming as a consequence any damages and losses that could derive by its wrongful use, cession of use, reveal or loss. To these effects, access to limited areas and/or the use of the Services and contents made using a registered User password, will be deemed as made by said registered User,
who will respond in any case of that access and use.
Registered Users can modify their exclusive password at any moment through the Web Sites or their Microsoft account.
In case of a forgotten password or any other circumstance that may be a risk of access and/or utilization by unauthorized third parties, registered Users shall immediately communicate that to Last Mile Team S.L., to proceed immediately to block and replace said password.
Independence of parties and its mercantile relationship
The relationships that could derive between Last Mile Team S.L., its Users and Clients in the framework of the present Legal Terms, as well as other particular terms that may exist, is a mercantile relationship between independent enterprises.
Both parties recognize that no labor, corporate, agency or franchise relationship of any kind, de facto or de jure is created between the parties, not being able any of them to act or introduce as such in front of third parties.
Law and jurisdiction
The whole Legal Terms of the Web Sites are governed in each and everyone of its extremes by Spanish Legislation.
The parties submit themselves, at their choice, to be subject to the courts or tribunals of the registered address of the user for conflicts resolution, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled.
In the event that the user has its registered address outside Spain, Last Mile Team S.L. and the User agree to be subject to the courts and tribunals of Madrid.
Likewise, as an entity adhered to “Confianza Online” and in their Ethical Code terms, the User may turn to its extra-judicial controversy resolution system (www.confianzaonline.es) in case of controversies relative to online contracting and advertising, data and minors protection.
Validation clause
If any provision of these Legal Terms would become illicit, invalid or inapplicable for any reason, such provision shall be regarded as taken up, shall split from this Legal Terms, not affecting the effect and validity of the remaining provisions.
