DEM Terms and Conditions I. DEFINITIONS 1. "ORGANIZER" refers to Marco Marketing., The company that develops, manages and executes the PROGRAM. 2. "ASSOCIATE (S) OF BUSINESS" refers to the Participants (s) of the program. 3. "PROGRAM" refers to the online incentive platform called "DIM", managed by the ORGANIZER and that will provide the BUSINESS ASSOCIATES with a tool to reward the purchases of PRODUCTS and the execution of certain behaviors that are offered to through the PROGRAM. 4. "CREDIT (S)" refers to the unit that receives the BUSINESS ASSOCIATE for the realization of an objective that can be exchanged for prizes. 5. "ADMINISTRATOR OF THE BUSINESS ASSOCIATE" refers to the person designated by each company to administer and exchange their CREDITS. Among other responsibilities, will manage the members of your company so they can enter the training section. 6. "WEB SITE", refers to the web page of "DIM", which may be updated or modified without prior notice. 7. "PROGRAM TERM" means the period during which the PROGRAM will be valid, as specified in these terms and conditions. III. PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM The following persons or members of your family (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their spouses) can not participate in the PROGRAM: (i) the employees of ORGANIZER and its subcontracting agencies; (ii) any official or employee or any person acting on and on behalf of, any government or department or agency, in relation to any national or international public organization; (iii) any official political party or candidate for public office. 2. PARTICIPANTS are eligible to enter the PROGRAM, after validation. Any eligible BUSINESS ASSOCIATE must complete a registration to participate or remain in the PROGRAM 3. ORGANIZER can verify the eligibility credentials of any PARTICIPANT. 4. In order to participate in the PROGRAM, each PARTICIPANT must register online on the WEBSITE following the instructions included in it, which includes instructions on how to complete the registration of the personal information that is required and the reading and Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of the same. Each PARTICIPANT can only register once. Once a registration process has been completed, the ADMINISTRATOR OF THE BUSINESS ASSOCIATE will be notified in order to accept the new registration. 5. If a PARTICIPANT has not logged on to the WEBSITE for ninety (90) days, his / her account will be considered "inactive" and the CREDITS won will no longer be available for the exchange. Inactivity notices will be issued by automated email to the corresponding PARTICIPANT; however, ORGANIZER is not responsible for the loss, deviation, misunderstandings or unread notices. 6. All BUSINESS ASSOCIATES are required to provide their identification and / or any other identification number that may be necessary. 7. Participation in the PROGRAM is not transferable or assignable.
