Sidmach offers a wide range of products, including the SmartSchool Application. References to Sidmach products in this statement include Sidmach services, websites, apps, software, servers, and devices. This policy statement applies to the interactions Sidmach has with you as well as other Sidmach products that display this statement. 

1.	CONSENT: By using this platform referred to as the ‘SmartSchool Application’ and agreeing to this policy, you consent to the information handling practices described in this privacy policy, which explains how your personal information is treated. You have choices when it comes to the application you use and the data you share. When we ask you to provide personal data, you can decline. Many of our products require some personal data to provide you with a service. If you choose not to provide data necessary to provide you with a product or feature, you cannot use that product or feature. Likewise, where we need to collect personal data by law or to enter into or carry out a contract with you and you do not provide the data, we will not be able to enter into the contract; or if this relates to an existing product you are using, we may have to suspend or cancel it. i.	Personal data that you provide when installing the ‘SmartSchool Application’, which includes your name, phone number, email address, location, social media account information.
ii.	Any other personal data that you choose to provide. Non-personal identifiable data: We may share non-personal identifiable information such as the frequent usage of the SmartSchool Application with interested third parties to help them understand the usage pattern for certain SmartSchool services. Sidmach collects data from you, through our interactions with you and through our products. You provide some of this data directly, and we get some of it by collecting data about your interactions, use, and experiences with our products. The data we collect depends on the context of your interactions with Sidmach and the choices you make, including your privacy settings and the products and features you use.

PURPOSES FOR WHICH YOUR DATA IS COLLECTED: Personal data collected through the ‘SmartSchool Application’ will be used to register and provide you with products or services including updates, support, email notifications, sharing data to carry out transactions you request, to market products and services which we think may be of interest to you. We use the data provided for administrative purposes such as customer service, also to operate, maintain, enhance, improve and provide all features of the Application, to respond to comments and to provide support to users of the SmartSchool Application. We also use the data to process payment, to develop and improve our products, services, which includes analyzing our performance, meeting our legal obligations, and doing research to make informed business decisions, and for other legitimate purposes.

9.	OVERVIEW OF INFORMATION SECURITY ARCHITECTURE: We use state-of-the-art security measures to protect your information from unauthorized users. Smart School Application was constructed using industry standard encryption and authentication tools to protect your Personally Identifiable Information. When we collect your Personally Identifiable Information through Smart School Application, we encrypt this information and attempt to prevent unauthorized access to it by using industry standard technologies, such as encryption software, routers and firewalls. You also have a significant role in protecting your information. No one can see or edit your personal information without knowing your user name and password, so do not share these with others.

10.	CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY: This Privacy Policy is a living document. We reserve the right to update as we add new features to the ‘SmartSchool Application’ or make changes to this policy at any time. If we make modifications or changes to our privacy policy we will post a notice of it, to this Privacy Policy on the ‘SmartSchool’ homepage, and other places we deem appropriate so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, how we disclose it. Your continued use of the service after the notice will constitute your acknowledgement of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
