YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE WEBSITE OR ITS CONTENTS IS TO STOP USING THE WEBSITE. (b) The Company advises that you seek professional advice before relying on any information on the Website. (c) You acknowledge that Maraam.io will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of the United Arab Emirates. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS In addition to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, all subscriptions to the Company’s products and services, are governed by our online click-through terms of service, paper contract, or other stated terms, depending on the type of product/service/subscription you are using. 7. REGISTRATION a) You will need to register to become a member of the Website ("Member") if you wish to access the Services via the Website, and continued membership is subject to the Company's charges set out in your pricing plan, located at http://www.Maraam.io/plans, or the free-trial as deemed by the Company during which you may download up to three books and three videos from the Website. You are free to change the membership package to which you subscribe at any time, subject to these Terms and Conditions. b) To register to become a Member you must provide the Company with information about you via the Company's registration form. The Company's use of this information is set out in the Privacy Policy. You must provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself when completing the registration form. You must maintain and update this information and keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If any information provided by you is not true, accurate, current and complete, the Company has the right to cancel your membership and refuse any and all current or future use of the Website. d) Registration requires a valid email address (which will serve as your username) and unique password. Please create a secure password. Avoid choosing obvious words or dates such as a nickname or your birth date. Please use maximum caution to keep your username and password confidential and log-off from the Website when your session is complete to prevent unauthorized access to your information. Any unauthorized use of either of them must be reported to info@Maraam.io as soon as you are aware of such use and the Company will, as soon as reasonably possible, cancel your username and/or password and issues new ones to you. f) The Company may, for security or other reasons, require you to change your username or password or other information which facilitates access to this Website or its Services. g) The Company reserves the right to cancel your username and password without notice if the Company becomes aware of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by you. h) Once the Company has sent you confirmation e-mail you will become a member of the Website and will be able to access the Services available via the Website. i) Membership is personal to you and not transferable. j) The minimum membership periods are one, six or 12 months months and, subject to paragraph 23c) below, you hereby expressly consent to, at the end of the relevant period, your membership subscription being automatically renewed for a further such period. k) Your membership will automatically renew unless you cancel in accordance with paragraph 23c) below. 8. CHARGES AND PAYMENT a) Charges are linked to the membership package to which you subscribe, as set out in http://www.Maraam.io/plans, or the free-trial terms as deemed by the Company. b) Payment for all charges are payable upon registration or the relevant periodic payment date and, subject to paragraph 23c) below, you hereby expressly consent to such payment recurring without any action on your part at the end of each membership period so that the relevant charge for the next membership period will automatically be charged to your chosen credit or debit card. We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in USD (we will not store your card details which will be sent directly by us to our third-party payment partner Payfort to process your payment). c) Payment may only be made by users via the Website and through any other mechanism including, without limitation, any mobile applications offered by the Company. d) If you make a payment for our products or Services on our Website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection. e) Your membership package may start with a free trial. The Company reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to (i) determine your eligibility for a free trial, and to withdraw or to modify a free trial at any time without prior notice and with no liability. (ii) cancel your membership if you fail to provide a valid payment service, and (iii) present you with the option to purchase additional Services that are not included in your initial account fee. f) You must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules. g) Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement. 9. It is unable to verify the accuracy or validity of any information provided by you; iv. Or it suspects fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity by you (the Company reserves the right to resume access to the Website and Services once all payments due on your account have been made in full and any of the foregoing matters have been resolved to the Company’s satisfaction). b) Should you object to any of these Terms and Conditions, or any subsequent changes to them, or become dissatisfied with this Website in any way, your only recourse is to immediately discontinue to access or use this Website. c) You may cancel your membership at any time through the user interface on the Website. Cancellation will take effect from the date of the commencement of the next payment period and you will continue to be entitled to use the Website until such date and will not be entitled to a refund for any membership fee already paid. d) In the event that transaction error has occurred while making the payment , a refund in most cases will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. 24.
