Unit4 and its licensors own all rights, title and interest in and to the Unit4 Products, Unit4 Services, Unit4 Documentation and all other Unit4 IPRs.  Subject to the limited rights expressly granted in this Agreement, Unit4 reserves all rights, title and interest in and to the Unit4 Product and/or Unit4 Global Cloud Services (in both binary executable code and source code form) including program architecture, design, coding methodology, documentation, screen shots, and “look and feel”, all modifications, updates, enhancements and improvements thereto (even if requested and paid for by the Customer), all goodwill associated therewith and all related IPRs whether current or future.  No rights are granted to the Customer hereunder other than as expressly set forth herein.  The Customer agrees that any purchases of Unit4 Product and/or Unit4 Global Cloud Services under this Agreement are neither contingent on the delivery of any future functionality or features nor dependent on any oral or written public comments made by Unit4 regarding future functionality or features.
