How to access the Solution - Availability The Solution is available at: https://apps.rewardprocess.com The Provider as well as his web hosting service provider shall endeavour to guarantee access to all the Solution features and to the Customer Data and to guarantee an availability rate of 99.5%, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. However, the Customer is informed about the risks inherent in using the Internet and about the access interruptions that may result. As a consequence, the Provider cannot be held responsible for any downtime or slowdown. Besides, the Customer is informed about the need to interrupt the service for maintenance purposes related to the Solution and technical infrastructure. The Provider shall do his best to limit the time slots dedicated to Maintenance and shall inform the Customer in advance, but the Provider shall not be held responsible for any possible impact of this unavailability on the effectiveness of the Solution or on the Customer's activities. Security of the Data The Provider undertakes to take all necessary state of the art technical measures to guarantee the security of the Customer's Data which has been stored thanks to the Solution. As provided in the Article "Liability", the Provider undertakes to preserve the integrity and confidentiality of the Data contained in, stored, saved or transmitted via the Solution. The Provider shall implement the appropriate measures – whether technical, physical, organizational ones or via software packages -necessary to prevent any unauthorized access or fraudulent use of Data and to prevent any loss, alteration or destruction of Data.
