TERMS OF USE


These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of the GDPR++ software.
Use of the software implies your knowledge and acceptance of the following terms.

Art. 1 - COPYRIGHT AND TERMS OF USE:

1.1. All material contained in the GDPR++ software, with the exception of information entered by the user, is protected by copyright which belongs to AGIC TECHNOLOGY S.R.L.  
1.2. Unless expressly provided for, the user is not allowed to copy, modify, download, transmit, rent, sub-license, republish, reproduce for distribution to third parties for commercial purposes, the material contained in the GDPR++ software, except for information entered by the user, without prior written consent to be obtained from AGIC TECHNOLOGY S.R.L.
1.3. It is not allowed to use the content or trademarks of the software provided, for purposes and purposes other than those expressly provided for.

Art.2 - RESPONSIBILITY: 

2.1. AGIC TECHNOLOGY S.R.L. assumes no responsibility for the content of what the user enters in the GDPR++ software, as well as for the use that third parties may make of it.
2.2. AGIC TECHNOLOGY S.R.L. cannot be held responsible in any way for damages, losses, prejudices of any kind that third parties may suffer as a result of the use of the GDPR++ software. 

Art. 3 - APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT FORUM:   

3.1 Any dispute arising in relation to these terms, including those relating to their validity, interpretation, effectiveness, execution and resolution, shall be governed by Italian law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome.
