Effective as of 11 January 2019
This Offer (the “90-Days Free Trial Offer”), which is made to you by ClearPeople, the organisation you represent access to the Product (Group Explorer) for a period of ninety (90) days from the moment that you agree with ClearPeople to start such trial period (the “Free Trial Period”). This Product and the Free Trial Period is for organisations of more than twenty-five (25) users that have valid and active Office 365 licenses and is not intended for use by a single individual.

If you decide that you do not want to become a paying customer and user of the Product upon the lapse of the Free Trial Period, your organisation must stop the use of the Product on the expiry of the Free Trial Period and ClearPeople will in any terminate and deactivate use of the Product within 72 hours of the expiry of the Free Trial Period. Your organisation may only use this Free Trial Offer once. ClearPeople reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to withdraw or to modify this Free Trial Offer and/or the 30-Days Free Trial Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice and with no liability.

The Offer provides the Product "as is" and all licenses, rights and intellectual property related to the product and the use of the Product shall remain vested with ClearPeople.
