(Terms: fee for using this service)
(1) Initial fee and monthly fee will be incurred when using this service.
(2) The usage fee set forth in the preceding paragraph shall be stipulated in the Price Quotation presented by Party A.
(3) The monthly fee is the rate-based billing system. We will tighten at the end of every month and calculate the usage fee at Azure by our company in that month.
(4) The payment due date of the usage fee shall be until the end of the next month of the month of use (in the case that the day corresponds to a financial institution's holiday, the following business day). Upon receipt of the invoice from the agency of the institution or the institution, the customer shall pay to the prescribed financial institution by remittance transfer (the transfer fee shall be borne by B).
(5) If there is no payment by the due date, interest payment will be delayed at an interest rate of 6% per annum to the balance exceeding the due date. In addition, in the event that some additional cost occurs as a result of reasonable debt collection by Ms. A (for example, remuneration of a collection agent or a lawyer etc), Party B will reimburse fully to these expenses.
