TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
These Terms and Conditions of Use regulate the rules to which the access to the Soft4Care platform is liable, in a demo format, for the evaluation of its adaptation to the needs of a potential client. Access and use of the platform attributes the condition of User to whoever does it and implies the acceptance of all the conditions included in this document and in the Privacy Policy. The User should read these conditions every time he uses the platform, since they could be modified in the future.
Only the Users expressly authorized by TSAD may access the use of the platform. Users who do not have authorization will not be able to access said content.
It is forbidden to circumvent, alter, deactivate or manipulate in any other way (or try to circumvent, deactivate or manipulate) the security functions or other functions of the program and use the platform or its contents for a commercial or advertising purpose. It is forbidden to use the Soft4Care platform to damage property, rights or interests of TSAD or third parties. Any other use that alters, damages or renders the networks, servers, equipment, products and software of TSAD or third parties is also prohibited.
The platform and its contents (texts, photographs, graphics, images, technology, software, links, content, graphic design, source code, etc.), as well as trademarks and other distinctive signs are the property of TSAD, not acquiring the User no rights over them for the mere use of the platform. The User must refrain from: a) reproducing, copying, distributing, making available to third parties, publicly communicating, transforming or modifying the platform or its contents, except in cases contemplated by law or expressly authorized by TSAD or by the owner of said rights; b) reproducing or copying the platform or its contents for private use, as well as communicating them publicly or making them available to third parties when this entails their reproduction; c) extract or reuse all or a substantial part of the contents of the platform.
Subject to the conditions established in the previous section, TSAD grants the User a license to use the platform, which is not exclusive, free of charge, for personal use, and on a temporary basis to assess the suitability of the platform for its management needs. This license is also granted in the same terms with respect to the updates and improvements made in the application. Said licenses of use may be revoked by TSAD unilaterally at any time, by means of the mere notification to the User.
The User undertakes to make correct use of the platform, in accordance with the Law, with these Terms and Conditions of Use and with the other regulations and instructions that, where applicable, may be applicable. The User shall respond to TSAD and third parties for any damages or losses that may be caused by breach of these obligations.
These Terms and Conditions of Use are governed entirely by Spanish law. For the resolution of any conflict regarding its interpretation or application, the User expressly submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid (Spain).

TERMINOS Y CONDICIONES DE USO
1.	Estos Términos y Condiciones de Uso regulan las reglas a que se sujeta el acceso a la plataforma Soft4Care, en forma demo, para la evaluación de su adaptación a las necesidades de un cliente potencial. Acceso y utilización de la plataforma atribuye la condición de Usuario a quien lo haga e implica la aceptación de todas las condiciones incluidas en este documento y en la Política de Privacidad. El Usuario debería leer estas condiciones cada vez que utilice la plataforma, ya que podrían ser modificadas en lo sucesivo.
2.	Únicamente los Usuarios expresamente autorizados por TSAD podrán acceder al uso de la plataforma. Los Usuarios que no dispongan de autorización, no podrán acceder a dicho contenido.
3.	Queda prohibido eludir, alterar, desactivar o manipular de cualquier otra forma (o tratar de eludir, desactivar o manipular) las funciones de seguridad u otras funciones del programa y utilizar la plataforma o sus contenidos para un fin comercial o publicitario. Queda prohibido el uso de la plataforma Soft4Care con la finalidad de lesionar bienes, derechos o intereses de TSAD o de terceros. Queda igualmente prohibido realizar cualquier otro uso que altere, dañe o inutilice las redes, servidores, equipos, productos y programas informáticos de TSAD o de terceros.
4.	La plataforma y sus contenidos (textos, fotografías, gráficos, imágenes, tecnología, software, links, contenidos, diseño gráfico, código fuente, etc.), así como las marcas y demás signos distintivos son propiedad de TSAD, no adquiriendo el Usuario ningún derecho sobre ellos por el mero uso de la plataforma. El Usuario, deberá abstenerse de: a) reproducir, copiar, distribuir, poner a disposición de  terceros, comunicar públicamente, transformar o modificar la plataforma o sus contenidos, salvo en  los casos contemplados en la ley o expresamente autorizados por TSAD o por el titular de  dichos derechos; b) reproducir o copiar para uso privado la plataforma o sus contenidos, así como  comunicarlos públicamente o ponerlos a disposición de terceros cuando ello conlleve su  reproducción; c) extraer o reutilizar todo o parte sustancial de los contenidos integrantes de  la plataforma.
5.	Con sujeción a las condiciones establecidas en el apartado anterior, TSAD concede al Usuario una licencia de uso de la plataforma, no exclusiva, gratuita, para uso personal, y con carácter temporal para evaluar la idoneidad de ésta a sus necesidades de gestión. Dicha licencia se concede también en los mismos términos con respecto a las actualizaciones y mejoras que se realizasen en la aplicación. Dichas licencias de uso podrán ser revocadas por TSAD unilateralmente en cualquier momento, mediante la mera notificación al Usuario.
6.	El Usuario se compromete a hacer un uso correcto de la plataforma, de conformidad con la Ley, con los presentes Términos y Condiciones de Uso y con las demás reglamentos e instrucciones que, en su caso, pudieran ser de aplicación El Usuario responderá frente a TSAD y frente a terceros de cualesquiera daños o perjuicios que pudieran causarse por incumplimiento de estas obligaciones.
7.	Estos Términos y Condiciones de Uso se rigen íntegramente por la legislación española. Para la resolución de cualquier conflicto relativo a su interpretación o aplicación, el Usuario se somete expresamente a la jurisdicción de los tribunales de Madrid (España).
