Ubleam operates a mobile augmented reality application (hereinafter “the Application”), as well as an online platform accessible in SaaS mode on the domain ubleam.com (hereinafter the “Platform”), allowing its business customers (hereinafter the “Customers”) (i) to manage all of its maintenance, production and logistics operations for its equipment (hereinafter the “Technical Operations”) and / or (ii) to create interactive internal or external communication supports (hereinafter the “Marketing Operations”), in the conditions detailed below in the article “Description of the Services” (hereinafter the “Services”).
