As a legal professional, collaboration and document management are critical for successful client engagement. Introducing Matter Center for Office 365, an intuitive solution that seamlessly ties the best of Office 365, SharePoint, and OneDrive for Business, together, managing your emails and documents automatically and allowing you to access your matter centrally from any device, so you can do your job and engage with clients better, faster, and more efficiently. We didn't have to learn anything new when we start using Matter Center. It uses Outlook, it uses Word, it uses Excel. It feels seamless, it feels like I've been working with this my whole life. The best part of Matter Center is having all of our documents in one place. It's not tied to any device. I can start working on it on my laptop, go home, work on it from my desktop at home, and look at edits that other people make on my phone or my tablet or anything else. We're able to access these documents without worrying about the application that's being used, we're able to work within a single interface. Pinning allows you to select the cases that you're working on most frequently, and then you don't have to search for it, it's a lot easier to drag-and-drop and store the data, the metadata is applied automatically. By putting in a couple of key words into Matter Center, we're able to track that information across all of our cases, instead of having to go through hundreds of cases one by one to try to find the data we need. The great thing about Matter Center is that security is tied to the document itself. Everybody knows exactly who can sign in, who can look at it, who can review and edit. It gives me great confidence, especially with sensitive information. Having the version control that SharePoint allows you to do in OneDrive is going to be fantastic. In the past, when I was working with Marty, we would have to wait for the other person to wake up and deal with the time zones differences. With Matter Center, we're both able to access the document and work on it simultaneously. Whenever we have, you know, half an hour or an hour free to go in... make comments on it, but also see the comments that the other people are making so we can build off of each other. With Matter Center when news breaks, I can spend less time focusing on the documents, and more time focusing on the arguments. Matter Center for Office 365. It's simple. It's intuitive. It lives in the tools you use the most.
